• Manage project initiation, deployment, and post-production support for systems projects related to the company’s datacenters.
• Lead the inventory Systems Automation team on various projects, including financial information reconciliation, automate logistics and transportation processes.
• Design, build, and deploy software solutions to support internal automation opportunities using primarily C/C++, HackLang, Python, and React.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of inhouse inventory tooling and systems.
• Proactively identify and fix systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems.
• Work closely with partner engineers to understand data structures, data sources, and systematic processes during system development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and ensure end-to-end process integrity and tooling consistency.
• Partner with internal business groups to acquire a deep understanding of their processes and operations, focusing on scale, efficiency, and automation.
• Lead workshops to identify process inefficiencies, gather business requirements, manage deliverables, testing, validation, roll-out, training, and triage and resolution of issues.
• Develop an internal training program for field teams in the datacenter using VR and Unreal Engine, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new tools and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Consulting, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Experience must include 2 years with the following:
• 1. Analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of inventory/logistics/supply-chain tooling and systems
• 2. Identifying and fixing systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems
• 3. Development and deployment of comprehensive logistics management systems
• 4. Collaborating with both technical and field teams to convert the business requirements to system design specifications
• 5. Designing, building, and deploying software solutions to support internal automation opportunities using C/C++, HackLang, Python, and React
• 6. Conducting design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
• 7. Partnering with internal business groups to acquire a deep understanding of their processes and operations, focusing on scale, efficiency, and automation
• 8. Leading workshops to identify process inefficiencies, gathering business requirements, managing deliverables, testing, validation, roll-out, training, triage and resolution of issues
• 9. Inventory management, datacenter rack move operations, and warehouse management
