Business Process, Lead Associate

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position supports remote work. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's General Services Administration (GSA) HSPD-12 USAccess Program.

 

Day to Day Work Responsibilities may include:

• Performs data analytics throughout various areas of the program.
• Recommends areas of data analysis based on Key Performance Indicators and improvement opportunities.
• Drive performance improvement throughout the program utilizing the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Drives projects, with the project management methodology, from inception to successful completion.
• Be able to drive a SharePoint reorganization from conception to completion.
• Be able to manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and work independently with little oversight.
• Be able to drive change with superior soft skills
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal communication coupled with strong listening skills
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five (5) years’ experience
• Strong understanding of business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
• Experience driving improvement initiatives
• Experience with Data Analytics and tools
• U.S. Citizenship; must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas to audiences with varied technical backgrounds
• Experience crafting and coordinating customer facing correspondence
• Excellent organization change management skills
• LSS Green Belt Certification preferred
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced, variable environment
• Experience using Minitab or similar data analytics tool
• Experience using Microsoft Product Suite

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
