Our location in Lakr Forest IL, currently has an opportunity for a Business Process Excellence Project Manager. The Business Process Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for driving business process excellence and technology within Global Master Data team, providing ideas and working on projects for business process improvements and implementing new technology solutions. Most stakeholders are in US, Orlando and Galway, Ireland. Business trips may be required depending on project needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyze existing business processes and provide ideas for improvement
• Design new processes and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
• Drive implementation of new technologies to support business processes
• Conduct workshops with end users and other stakeholders to identify requirements
• Work with technical team to ensure solution fits requirements
• Track project execution

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

• Experience in large multinational companies in Business Analyst or Business Process Excellence roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant degree/experience set
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Business Process design experience
• IT project implementations in PM, BA or BRM role

Preferred

• SAP or similar ERP experience preferred
• Proficient organizational and project management skills
• Ability to execute and deliver tasks based upon defined timeline
• English language proficiency

The base pay for this position is

$75,300.00 – $150,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
