Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Process and Deployment Excellence Leader will partner with business and functional leaders to ensure acceleration of top line growth with customers and increased efficiency across value chains, thanks to the implementation of Business Process Lifecycle Management capabilities and Process Practice within Cargill's Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) enterprise. In this role, you will help the organization work through ambiguity in standing up initiatives and bring complex parts together in an integrated way. You will develop the transformation roadmap for process excellence and SAP deployment through collaboration with business leaders and drive progress with owners and sponsors across the portfolio, to ensure accountability in meeting goals and objectives.
You will also be accountable to drive cultural change in which Process Lifecycle Management is viewed as a critical capability and success factor to effectively support the Global implementation of ANH’s modern ERP’s (TCA), and the subsequent realization of value through continuous improvement of business processes .
Key Accountabilities
- Lead to stand up and implement Process Practice and Business Process Lifecycle Management capabilities within ANH in line with leading industry performance and assume accountability for intended outcomes by collaborating with business leadership to define and develop the transformation roadmap aligning with strategic and financial objectives.
- Influence change and partner with leadership to identify both sustainable efficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Manage the full ecosystem of process excellence and deployment for the Enterprise including project and program development and align stakeholders to drive toward sustainable ways of working, build capabilities and add value for our customers. Ensures process mapping and segmentation is done in a common approach and according to sound practices, using common tools to drive efficiency across the Enterprise. Process documentation is managed in a structured and federated manner that ensures consistent process segmentation and architecture is utilized across ANH, enabling value realization through continuous process improvements, process harmonization and automation.
- Establish and lead cross functional teams to prioritize, deploy, execute and govern portfolio processes and the various SAP roll-outs in ANH. Including agile and accelerated continuous improvement, across the enterprise and facilitate informational and actionable reviews across the group to remove impediments from deployments.
- Provide business and functional leaders with coaching, insights and healthy challenge to develop new and leverage existing process expertise across ANH, functions and CBS centers to achieve strategic goals and meet targets.
- Provides strategic leadership and broad oversight to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization and portfolio management.
- Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting in alignment with PDT portfolio decisions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience, including leading of large scale (global) business transformations through process in ERP deployments, experience in setting up and driving Business Process Lifecycle Management practices or equivalent process management practice, and experience in leading transformation and working in a matrix organization
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
