We're hiring! Business Process Consultant (Direct Hire position)

The IT Business Process Consultant plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical implementation, ensuring the business processes are optimized, standardized, and aligned with digital transformation goals. BPCs will work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and develop lean and efficient business processes that are future-oriented, adaptable, and aligned with industry best practices. To be successful in this role, a strong background and understanding in one or more of the specialty areas listed below will be crucial.

• SAP Supply Chain & Planning and Procurement, people/communication skills, BA
• Need to know how to integrate SAP SC into other areas of SAP
• SAP implementation experience
• Be the SME of SCP - create better processes, standards, communicate changes between IT and Supply Chain, etc.
• This person will be working between the SAP SC&P technical resources and the business users. This resource is the buffer between them to make sure the business is getting what it needs and running smoothly, being kept up-to-date, develop end user training, etc.
