Team Summary
QWA is responsible for all design thinking activities throughout the Advisory Practice service offerings. QWA demonstrates expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients. We work with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts (SME’s) providing leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups specializing in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Management domain.
Job Description
The Business Process Consultant functions within the QWA:
- Leads complex enterprise analysis sessions with multiple Client Teams to gather requirements, define, and design future state business processes based on customer needs
- Actively seeks ways to apply business process efficiencies via technology, consulting on market and technical trends and recommending best practices resulting in operational gain
- Liaises with all project teams to ensure the proposed solution considers specific workstream requirements and is holistically a solution benefitting all aspects of the client solution
- Partners with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external) and develops alternative technical or business solutions; advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities
- Responsible for ensuring configuration is accurate based on business and technical requirements; including, but not limited to: completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Drafts and owns all process documentation relevant to the future state program and change management activities
- Dedicates effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across team
- Identifies and documents Implementation best-practices and socializes them across QWA as appropriate
- Helps in maintaining relationship with client stakeholders up to and including C-Suite personnel
- Performing research and external analysis to provide relevant solutions to our clients
- Communicate and explain complex contingent workforce strategy and best practices to client stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership on project engagements to clients and all team members on highly detailed process practices
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process, including successful operational strategy and execution
- Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact
- An advanced understanding of the contingent workforce space, best practices within this space, and the ability to articulate these concepts
- Functional capability to build and run a contingent program from end to end, and the ability to impart this knowledge to client stakeholders
- Ability to solve technical and business problems and effectively present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables
- Advanced in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus
- Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced in ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including but not limited to process maps, operational manuals and training materials
- Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms
