The opportunity

As a Senior in the Manufacturing discipline within our Business Performance team, you will play a critical role in the establishment, optimization, or transformation of our organization's manufacturing functions. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing core manufacturing productivity processes, leveraging digital solutions, and enabling plant transformation to enhance asset productivity and manufacturing agility.

 

Your key responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will contribute significantly to projects and solutions that impact the manufacturing domain. Your informed judgment and use of appropriate methodologies will be essential in providing recommendations that affect your immediate team. You will also assist in coordinating work for junior colleagues or team members, ensuring that performance objectives and metrics are met across client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.

  • Primarily billable to external clients
  • Defines and executes project deliverables
  • Monitors deliverable completion and project status

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s degree (4-year) is required.
  • With a preference for candidates possessing at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
