Job Overview

The Business Performance Administrative Analyst position at Komatsu within the Sales division is an essential operations role focused on supporting the Construction Equipment Region business unit. This role provides critical administrative, data management, and reporting support, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to gather, analyze, and consolidate market share data spanning the construction and forest industries. By providing insightful monthly and year-to-date market share variance analyses and inventory reports, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making processes that help optimize sales strategies and distributor performance.

Additionally, this role requires managing various SAP transactions including but not limited to registering gray market machines for distributor warranties and supporting month-end reporting when automatic systems face issues. Through maintaining system access controls and managing permissions for Dealer Data Vaults and SharePoint sites, you will ensure secure and accurate data sharing across the organization.

Furthermore, you will serve as a key communication link with District Managers (Sales), distributing timely reports and updates critical for operational effectiveness.
