The work:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of business process design, working to analyze, optimize, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans. You will leverage your expertise in solutioning to design and refine processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. A key aspect of your work will involve conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, enabling you to recommend and implement tailored solutions that drive measurable improvements.

Here's what you need: 

• 2+ years of experience in business-process improvement, operational excellence, or performance-management consulting.
• Proven record leading process-reengineering projects across complex organizations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of engaging with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required.

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
