The Unified Technology Group’s Business Operations team is a people-first, forward-thinking organization dedicated to scaling innovative programs that deliver significant value and impact for the entire ServiceNow technology department. We unite the entire technology organization by streamlining and standardizing business operations across all organizations within the technology organization and across all global offices, supporting engineering excellence while making our Unified Technology Group a great place to work.

Our team works in business analysis & operations, technical project management, and strategy, exceling in excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail. In this role you will work closely with the Chief of Staff of a business unit to directly contribute to our overall success. - Build a strong trusted partnership with the business unit that you support to fully understand how to offer incredible support
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology organizational structure and our values to help identify opportunities that can be scaled throughout the entire global organization unlocking productivity and accelerating execution.
- Create and cultivate a strong sense of innovation, education, and culture via communications and program development
- Develop and maintain clear and concise communications that will support your business unit.
- Identify opportunities to implement automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
- Support people and talent initiatives to include but not limited to: All-Hands, Employee Surveys, Employee awards, Monthly newsletters, team offsites, and employee engagement.
- Program manage cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identify risks, and host regular update meetings.
- Track and report metrics, milestones, and programs to ensure successful execution.
- Support operating cadences (e.g., Org-Wide Strategy, Portfolio Reviews, Quarterly OKR Reviews, etc.).
- Improve operational excellence through execution of strategic initiatives that create efficiencies and process optimization.
- Support consensus-building across teams and ensure surgical execution and handoffs to relevant.

- Extremely strong communications skills – including the ability to guide, influence, and adjust your approach for different audiences and mediums.
- Co-develop and execute multi-channel communications strategies for diverse audiences.
- Excel in writing, basic video production, PowerPoint, and use of communication tools such as SharePoint.
