• Coordinate strategic planning processes, establishing our annual objectives, key results and multi-year fiscal and resource plans.
• Lead initiatives to optimize the organization while it scales, to manage its health and enhance its culture.
• Develop and manage communication including internal communications, business updates.
• Drive operational excellence in the organization by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve operational metrics, applying Lean methodologies as needed.
• Coordinate relationships with cross-functional partners, understanding their needs and ensuring our mechanisms and business processes drive higher levels of partnership and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field and 48 months of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following skills and technologies:
• Program or project management with strategic and operational initiatives for consumer hardware
• Lean Management and applying lean management principles
• Working with Tableau dashboards and pulling data queries from internal systems
• Working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders and
• Working with confidential information while maintaining discretion and secrecy.
