Job Purpose & Summary

Atlas is a rapidly growing fintech business seeking to expand our operations team and build out our business analytics capabilities. As a Business Operations & Analytics professional, you will play a crucial role in developing the reporting infrastructure that identifies key insights to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources

• Build and optimize our analytics and dashboarding infrastructure

• Create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges

• Translate data insights into actionable projects for the business

• Design & lead business growth initiatives to drive increased revenue & retention

• Explore opportunities for predictive analytics and data science applications

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2-7 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a related field

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or other BI tools

• Optional: Knowledge of Python or R

• Self-sufficient and proactive problem-solver

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
