Scope of Position
The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality data insights, dashboards, and reporting that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management — to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational effectiveness.
This position reports to Project Manager, Fluid Solutions. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide business analytics and dashboards to measure performance against team KPIs such as sales revenue, margin, inventory turns, new product performance, and excess & obsolete inventory reduction.
- Maintain backup data and update scorecards tracking KPI progression for monthly business operational reviews.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate business performance trends
- Gather and analyze data to support potential business expansion opportunities.
- Conduct a wide range of data analyses, including cost analysis, margin analysis, regional sales trends, and new product performance.
- Identify specific business opportunities through trend analysis and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for automation in data analysis and reporting processes
- Collaborate with the product management team on new product roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Influence stakeholders to secure support and alignment for key business projects.
- Coordinate with multiple departmental teams to drive better business outcomes
- Test business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and execute opportunities for business reporting improvement and reporting automation
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field desired
- 4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing business environment preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as Data or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple company teams
- Excellent communication skills, written, and oral
- Ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different “hats.
- Good comprehension of MS office especially excel & PowerPoint
- PowerBI ‘power’ user capability is an advantage

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
