We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
PayPal’s Cyber & Information Security (PCIS) team is looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support the PCIS Business Operations team and our leaders. Our team is focused on enabling the PCIS organization by driving strategic alignment, fostering excellence in planning and process, and enhancing employee engagement. The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of PCIS Business Operations and will support a variety of workstreams within the organization.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Expense & Budget Management
Facilitate the expense management lifecycle, including tracking, processing requests and supporting vendor health reviews
Collaborate with finance, legal and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of expenses and contracts
Workforce Planning
Assist with workforce and capacity planning of both FTEs and contingent workers
Maintain reporting to support visibility into current state workforce
Business Engagement Activities
Assist with planning and coordination of operating cadences and other engagement initiatives.
Support employee engagement efforts in partnership with HR.
Participate and/or lead special projects as needed.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience in planning, business operations or project management
Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills. Experience with Workday & Fieldglass is a plus.
Possess a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
High delivery focus with an emphasis on task ownership and quality completion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively with all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
