The Role 

Join our Finance team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you'll transform raw data into strategic insights that drive our business forward. This role is perfect for someone passionate about dashboard development and communicating data-driven value to stakeholders across the organization.

Your Impact 

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into key financial and operational metrics using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Transform and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership to understand reporting requirements and define critical KPIs
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of all business intelligence deliverables
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to business case development

The Ideal Match 

• Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with passion for translating data into compelling narratives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field

Bonus Points 

• 2-4 years experience combining finance and data analytics, ideally in corporate finance, fintech, consulting, or analytics-focused roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in financial services or wealth management industry
• Experience building dashboards that directly influenced strategic business decisions
