The goal of our People Analytics team is to provide evidence-based data and insights across the employee life cycle to drive strategic talent and business decisions. The Business Intelligence Analyst III position is responsible for designing and building people metrics, dashboards and reports. Conducting custom analyses for a diverse array of customers in and outside of HR. Provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business, risk management, control, and governance processes. Aggregate and analyze complex data across multiple, disparate data sources and present insights in a holistic, solution-oriented, and actionable format. Candidates should have strong people metrics knowledge, excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and strong desire to go beyond the numbers, uncovering insights behind the data.*Experience with SQL, familiarity to Databricks, PowerBI or Tableau, and dashboard building skill is desired.
*knowledge of Human Resources is preferred.

Bachelor's: Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Proficient at understanding, communicating, and specifying user requirements.
Working knowledge of industry standards in order to properly support business requirements.
Technical skills in report writing and reporting tools.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.
Perform a variety of duties and often change from one task to another of a different nature with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.
Pay Range: $48.72 - $73.08 / hour

Pay Range is $48.72 to $73.08 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
