Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and policies, and support the implementation of new ones.
  • Use research, data, client and staff insights, and other relevant information to inform sound improvement recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to determine client and/or staff needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and address pre‑ and post‑implementation enhancements.
  • Conduct business engagement and stakeholder management sessions as required.
  • Provide, document, and/or coordinate end-to-end business processes and/or business requirements, ensuring alignment and understanding across business, technical, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure proposed changes and initiatives support business objectives and strategic direction.
  • Understand and articulate all aspects of initiative/project delivery, including interdependencies across teams.
  • Offer SME input into relevant initiatives, projects, and programmes as required.
  • Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, at the required quality, and in line with identified business benefits.
  • Review and sign off on business processes and business requirements for relevant projects and initiatives.
  • Drive or contribute to business case development and benefits tracking.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage issues and risks appropriately (e.g., resolution, mitigation, sign‑off).
  • Drive or support the implementation of new business processes, systems, and policies.
  • Conduct or facilitate business, process, or system testing as required.
  • Demonstrate Nedbank’s vision and values in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Enhance personal capability by staying abreast of developments in relevant fields, identifying training needs, and engaging in career development activities.
  • Ensure personal growth and role effectiveness by completing required learning activities, applying new skills, and maintaining required certifications.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees <
