Job Summary
This dual role will provide critical system updates, reporting functions, and back-end support for multiple areas in accounts receivable, to include but not limited to revenue accounting, billing, cost center administration, and tax compliance. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the corporate office in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and balance daily invoice reports from billing program (Teamfin) to accounting program (SAP).
- Journalize entries, create debit and credit invoices in SAP that coincide with out of balance findings.
- Month end trend review and analysis to support month end close.
- Manage internal/external audit requests for reports (including state/local municipalities); complete reporting from SAP/Teamfin.
- Department Webpage Management.
- Manage customer and operations distribution emails.
- Prepare month end management and assist with balance sheet reports.
- Conduct training for associates who use Teamfin for invoicing.
- Customer and service location set up in Teamfin and back up for Cost Center set up.
- Contract review and invoice audit.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in accounting required with 5–7-year work experience with computer programs, administration, customer service, training, billing, and contract knowledge.
- Microsoft Office Proficient, specifically Excel, required.
- Experience with SAP reporting and journalizing, ability to learn different programs required to complete responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to independently research issues and reach a resolution.
- Must be a detail-oriented, team player with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large volume of electronic data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work to meet tight deadlines.
