Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Business Improvement Manager to join our team based in Grand Prairie, TX.
In this role, you will be in charge of leading transverse Support and Services (S&S) Business Improvement and performance-driven approach, with the objective to achieve company targets and boost operational performance,

Your Challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement / LEAN across S&S domains: 30%
Lead of S&S end-to-end process optimization to drive enterprise transformation
Foster continuous improvement mindset and animate continuous improvement network and initiatives across S&S
Lead and deploy LEAN practices (5S, VSM, standard agenda…) in all the S&S domains, including the Airbus Operating System (AOS) deployment
Generate, identify, and measure opportunities for improvements initiatives including identification of action leverages, risk and management issues of proposed changes, business case creation, financial analysis and viability
Lead and drive the progress and performance improvement network, deploy and maintain the level of control of activities
Build and manage yearly LEAN and continuous improvement deployment plan execution (including management practices and ImpAct)
Lead operational and improvement teams to build and execute their Continuous Improvement plans, focusing on business priorities, performance, customers and employees irritants
Provide methodological support, training and coaching upon function / domain requests on LEAN standards, methods and tools
S&S End-to-End process: 30%
Manage S&S transformation projects in connection with performance improvement
