Business Improvement Analyst

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and requirements.

- Design and implement IT solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.

- Utilize Excel macros, Access macros, and other tools to standardize and streamline business processes.

- Leverage SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business applications to optimize operations.

- Evaluate existing business processes and propose improvements through digitization and automation.

- Work with local and global IT teams, vendors, and business functions to deliver effective solutions.

- Prepare business requirement documents, business process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement activities.

- Provide end-user support and promote best practices for IT tools and business processes.

- Participate in system implementation projects (IT and OT), Poka-Yoke initiatives, and change management activities.

- Ensure that implemented solutions comply with company policies, security requirements, and global standards.
