Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota is in search of a Business Development Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will turn service customers into buyers. It is important to actively listen to customers, provide excellent customer experience, and present offers to customers to excel in this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Turn customers into buyers
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Persistent and competitive with a desire to work in a performance-based environment
• Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information. 
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
• Customer service/Sales Experience
