We are seeking a driven, self-motivated revenue generating professional with a track record of exceptional growth results. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for helping to generate new revenue across the company. Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams, you will be a specialist in researching and generating sales qualified leads. This role allows the sales team to focus on meetings and increase the overall productivity of the sales organization.  The BDR will play an integral role in building the sales pipeline.  You will learn to generate qualified leads, prospect, and establish the value of our services. 


On a typical day, here's what you'll be working on:  

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the benefits of nimble’s solutions and adeptly applying that understanding to customer opportunities
  • Devise and execute prospecting strategies to build the top of the funnel with quailed sales leads
  • Build strong messaging cadences to best convert marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to Chief Development Officer with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to grow with an award winning organization
