Business Development Representative Intern

We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our Commercial Sales team. In this role, you will assist both the BDR and Sales Enablement functions with a focus on project management.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support the Business Development and Marketing teams in creating lists, email cadences for conferences, and events to help drive lead generation
• Assist in the larger go to market strategy across Exiger’s Commercial Sales organization in a project management capacity
• Work closely with RevOps for sales process optimization, tracking campaigns, and reporting needs
• Help to enable the sales organization on go-to-market and marketing campaigns
• Other responsibilities as necessary

What You Need: 

• Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in your junior, senior or master's program.
• Proven track record of organization
• Drive to succeed
• Experience learning new software and the ability to explain your learning process
• Comfortability in using multiple platforms
• Ability to learn and analyze the sales metric system
• Curiosity
• Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Previous sales experience is a plus 

This is a hybrid internship opportunity for the surrounding Richmond, VA area and will begin on 6/3/24 and end on 8/9/24. The pay rate is $25.00/hour.
