Business Development Representative - Industrial Staffing

Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) is a nationally recognized Marine and Industrial Staffing Company. We connect top talent with respected employers in the industrial, marine, manufacturing, and energy sectors. We're expanding and actively seeking experienced Business Development Representatives to join our growing team across the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business growth within light/heavy industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, or related staffing sectors
• Identify, develop, and close new client accounts through strategic prospecting and cold outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing staffing needs
• Collaborate with internal recruiters and operations to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
• Own your market and make an impact

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of business development or B2B sales experience
  (Experience in staffing—industrial, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar—is required)
• Proven success in generating new business and hitting sales goals
• Strong cold-calling, networking, and presentation skills
• Highly driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
