Position Summary

Business Development Representative II (BDR-II) is a business-to-business (B2B) outside/inside sales and service position focused on growing MultiCare’s occupational medicine volume and customer loyalty with employers and other commercial stakeholders in the occupational medicine market. The incumbent handles large and complex accounts, acts as subject matter expert, and writes professional proposals. The BDR is part of a cohesive team, working with other BDRs, administrative staff, clinic staff and providers, and management within the Division’s and MultiCare’s overall strategy to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or a related field
  • Current US issued driver’s license, vehicle insurance and safe driving record
  • A working automobile suitable for driving on business to represent MultiCare
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in occupational medicine
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in a B2B sales role, preferably occupational medicine

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $86,944.00 - $125,091.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
