We are seeking a professional like you to serve as Business Development Manager in the Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina markets. We have big goals for our Automotive Refinish group and we’re working hard to become the top provider of automotive refinish coatings.
  
In this role, you will work with strategic collision center customers to develop their business growth and profitability. You will work across the BASF organization to support the development of new value-added tools/services, new business proposals, and strategic business plans to increase revenues and profits focused on strategic account growth and retention.

 

Travel for this role is expected to be approximately 50% or more within your assigned geographic territory.

If you have...

 

• High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree
• Automotive refinish industry experience preferred
• Strong customer focus and project management experience
• Experience positioning business solutions for commercial success
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
