This role is focused on acquiring new business through proactive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing a qualified pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.Role ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively source and qualify new leads via cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries and geographies.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms with prospective clients.
- Ensure seamless progression from contract execution to active transaction flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite onboarding and remove activation barriers.
- Monitor outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
- 1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Skilled at leveraging CRM platforms to manage candidate leads, track pipeline progress, and maintain detailed records; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies
- Experience with Market Research Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Basic – interpret sales metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
