We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growing sales and strategy teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with lead generation, client research, proposal development, and administrative support. Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities

• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials

• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and potential clients

• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with clients and internal teams

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed

• Track and report on sales activity and key performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or administrative role (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
