NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal

practice contributions:
Client contributions:

•    Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
•    Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. 
•    Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.•    Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities. 
•    Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
•    Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
•    Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Internal practice contributions:
•    Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels to high-performance / high results.  
•    Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
•    Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.•    Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
 

Required Qualifications: 
•    You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.•    You have 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.•    You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach. 
•    You have been responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue
•    You have 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
•    You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.

 

Preferred Skills: 
•    You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
