Business and Information Technology Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as part of the Booz Allen Team that supports the experimentation community of interest, knowledge platform, and federation of data sources comprising a Joint experimentation network application for a Joint Staff client. Analyze information technology requirements in business processes by capturing client objectives, identifying viable solutions, assessing risks, and collaborating across process and product teams. Assist with developing a new data environment, advanced analytic tools, and business processes to support Defense innovation. Identify capability gaps and opportunities to improve current solutions, procedures, and approaches within an Agile development process. Work individually and collaborate with teammates to accomplish tasks. Use active listening to achieve in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and formulate system and process recommendations with teammates to present to the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience streamlining business processes with technical solutions and creating data products for analytical use

• Experience creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including information papers, presentations, and technical exchanges

• Ability to gather requirements for development of new capabilities

• Ability to research, analyze, and recommend new technical capabilities to non-technical audiences

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with data science, including data analytics and data visualizations

• Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Project and Visio

• Experience with process development and documentation

• Knowledge of Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF)

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Ability to utilize Databricks and Qlik

• Certified Knowledge Manager Certification
