The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral, and psychiatric support needs.
Pinecrest Supports & Services Center (PSSC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Business Analytics Specialist to perform diversified and technical tasks in the Fiscal Dept.

Examples of duties
Six years of experience in any field plus three years of experience in accounting, budgeting, contracts, economics, engineering, finance, financial auditing, grants, human resources, information technology, management analysis, operational auditing, policy planning, procurement, social services, statistical analysis, tax collections, or tax enforcement; OR
A bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in accounting, budgeting, contracts, economics, engineering, finance, financial auditing, grants, human resources, information technology, management analysis, operational auditing, policy planning, procurement, social services, statistical analysis, tax collections, or tax enforcement; OR
An advanced degree plus two years of experience in accounting, budgeting, contracts, economics, engineering, finance, financial auditing, grants, human resources, information technology, management analysis, operational auditing, policy planning, procurement, social services, statistical analysis, tax collections, or tax enforcement.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
• Develops dashboards for the clear and practical communication of insights
• Communicates with stakeholders on current analytics & reporting needs
• Develops clear, actionable plans for the collection, communication, and dissemination of analytics insights
• Programmatically interfaces with various environments and software for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
of data for collection and reporting
• Maintains and database system utilizing the business intelligence tools that measures and reports on key performance
indicators in OSHCF Fiscal initiatives and operations;
• Develops new indicators to meet the needs of OSHCF Fiscal programs;
• Collaborates with the Business Intelligence Unit and Management Team on data-related issues and workflows to prevent
data integrity failures;
• Produces quarterly data summaries that highlight and communicate the data issues and/or result;.
• Participates as a subject matter expert on data teams and workgroup
