As a Business Analytics Group Manager within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

The Business Analytics Group Manager will be a member of the Retail Data, Analytics and Modeling organization supporting Retail Banking strategic initiatives with reporting and analytics.


The preferred skills for this job include:

• Extensive knowledge of Retail Banking
• Tableau, SQL, and programming experience preferably Python
• Prior Management experience

Job Description

  • Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
  • Leads development and execution of multiple complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
  • Supervises the research, development and implementation of new and emerging analytics technologies; leads technology-based business opportunities.
  • Provides oversight of into implementation mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
  • Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
