This position is responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, managing the Agile product backlog, coordinating user acceptance testing, validating solution quality, and ensuring software releases meet business, technical, accessibility, and security requirements.</p> <p>The Business Analyst / QA Lead collaborates closely with project leadership, software developers, and stakeholders to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise business applications utilizing Agile methodologies. <strong>This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Business Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis.</li> <li>Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.</li> <li>Develop business, functional, and non-functional requirements.</li> <li>Create Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.</li> <li>Maintain and prioritize the Agile product backlog.</li> <li>Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements review sessions.</li> <li>Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and business process documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality Assurance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop test strategies, test plans, and test
