Business Analyst, Project Delivery & Process Improvement (CASI)

CASI, Cruise Administration Services Inc, a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines currently has an Business Analyst role available.

Job summary:

The role is responsible for the business process improvement projects. The role is accountable for the future state of the business processes, system enhancements and operational design.

Essential Functions:

• Execute the work under Directors of CATO as well as for the VP for Crew and Travel Operations
• Handling all process improvement / systems enhancement projects including change requests and getting their sign-off
• Conducts data gathering, data analysis and come up with an operational design
• Provide project status on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule through a roadmap call and identify target dates of completion

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst specifically for system project background
• Collaborative, determined, good communication and presentation skills, must have “grit”, AWS, MS Office and Visio
