We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst for pre sales project. 

Project Overview:
The platform connects radiologists with facilities needing flexible shift coverage. Facilities can post shift requests, review applications, approve assignments, track progress, and process payments. Radiologists can register, verify credentials, browse and apply for shifts, check in/out, and receive payment.

Platform Goals:

• Simplify shift management for facilities with fluctuating radiology needs.
• Provide radiologists with flexible work opportunities and transparent compensation.
• Optimize administrative workflows and reduce time-to-fill.

Type of cooperation: Part -time (up to 4 h per day), with a possibility to to transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Conduct marketing research and define user personas.
• Document meeting minutes, initial solution vision, and user roles.
• Define business cases, prioritize features, and scope MVP/prototype.
• Create solution roadmap, functional decomposition (Epic > Feature > User Story), and acceptance criteria (Gherkin format).
• Map user journeys and list third-party accelerators, assumptions, and risks.
• Understand real customer and user needs; propose solutions beyond initial expectations.
• Incorporate others’ ideas when better and account for technical/budgetary constraints.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders; verify requirements and align with business goals.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs; define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication, provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
• Suggest improvements to product efficiency and competitiveness.
• Basic understanding of databases, technologies, and architectures for effective team communication.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong communication with project stakeholders and client relationship building.
• Data visualization: mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes.
• Project scope decomposition, estimation, and simplification of complex requirements.
• User Stories creation and Acceptance Criteria documentation/approval.
• UI/UX design review and requirements correction.
• Understanding business flows, processes, and objectives.
• Change Requests and risk management.
