As the BI Analyst you are the subject matter expert for Anthology and work closely with our business, product & development teams to ensure all system changes are aligned with the defined student life cycle needs. In keeping the student life cycle needs in mind, you work directly with product owners and business partners to provide insights and assist with sizing work items, building workflows, forms and document processes.

Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 plus all full time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:  

·Be the subject matter expert for Anthology to support the day-to-day processes and procedures.

·Partner with the Business to understand the student processes and their needs and define the appropriate scope of work.

·Work with business, product & development teams to ensure all system changes are aligned with the defined student life cycle needs using an agile methodology.

·Provide insight to assist with sizing work items and identifying ways to segment tasks for iterative deliverables

·Promote the utilization of technology to staff and ensure student success and support.

·Act as the institution's Anthology champion, creating positive cross-departmental collaboration.
