Position Summary:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across our organization. This role is responsible for analyzing large and complex operational data sets to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), uncover business opportunities, and create detailed reports and visualizations that communicate critical insights to leadership.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and develop data driven solutions. The analyst will evaluate the financial and operational impacts of strategic initiatives, leveraging market research to compare performance against industry peers and track evolving financial metrics. The insights provided will support organizational growth, operational efficiencies, and competitive positioning. Additionally, this role will ensure data integrity and governance best practices are followed to enhance reporting accuracy and business decision-making. Responsible to role model our Core Values.

Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, develop KPIs, uncover opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations across business units.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for reporting and analytics solutions.

• Create detailed reports, including dashboards and visualizations, to communicate trends and analysis to stakeholders.

• Synthesize existing market research and industry benchmarks to track competitive performance and evolving financial metrics.

• Support project teams in evaluating the impact of financial and operational changes.

• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend data-driven solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.

• Develop and maintain documentation on data sources, business logic, and reporting methodologies.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation processes and governance best practices.

• Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
