Business Analyst

TechFlow Inc. seeks to hire a Business Analyst for a dual role providing client-facing communications support and corporate talent acquisition support. The Business Analyst will assist with the implementation of client's internal communication strategy and support the execution of existing corporate Talent Acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Facilitate internal communications within client organizations to include multiple business areas and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, compose, and translate information into clear, readable messaging for communication to be used by both technical and non- technical personnel.
- Obtain data and information from staff by direct interaction and assist in the creation of the documents.
- Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, newsletters, intranet content, all-team meetings, etc.)
- Articulate key messages and ensure stakeholders are well-informed
- Measure effectiveness of communications by tracking established benchmarks for internal communications, reporting on results (ex: views, comments, sentiment) with the goal of continuously improving strategy to reach and engage employees
Talent Acquisition
- Execute effective recruitment and sourcing strategies. Identify qualified and diverse candidate pools from which a hiring decision can be made in an expedient and compliant manner.
- Source, network and actively build relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates who effectively meet hiring needs and support new business initiatives.
- Utilize job boards, ATS, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to find top talent for each requisition.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screens, coordinate interviews, communicate feedback and assist with offer negotiations.
- Partner with BU leadership and HR to tackle hiring goals and strategically lead initiatives to enhance recruiting capabilities.
- Communicate directly with hiring managers and build relationships with hiring teams, including kick-off meetings and weekly status meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in writing and editing technical documentation in accordance with established writing standards.
- 3+ years experience supporting staffing and recruitment of federal programs
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance
