"Role Summary
Lead requirements process design and stakeholder alignment across complex projects ensuring business needs are translated into clear testable and implementable solutionsKey Responsibilities
Drive requirements gathering user stories acceptance criteria and process mapping
Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and solution validation
Partner with business product architecture and QA teams for end to end delivery
Support Agile ceremonies backlog refinement sprint planning UAT
Prepare documentation BRDFRD workflows data mapping and executive updates
Ensure compliance traceability and quality across the SDLC
Skills Experience
710 years BA experience in technology or product environments
Strong in Agile process modeling requirements engineering and stakeholder management
Experience in large transformationmigration programs
Tools JIRAAzure DevOps
Preferred Background

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 86129 to 127189
