Role Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst 5 to join the DTMB – Agency Services – MDOS team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements. You will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to support the successful implementation of IT solutions.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements using standard templates.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product backlogs in Agile projects.
• Monitor adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and data flow to define system functionality.
• Work with technical teams (UI/UX, Dev, QA, DBAs) to ensure requirement clarity.
• Provide insights on Build vs. Buy decisions and solution scalability.
• Ensure documentation aligns with DTMB/MDOS standards and SEM methodology.

Required Skills & Experience:

• • 5+ years as a Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance knowledge
  • 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience (creating epics, features, user stories)
  • Strong understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles and responsibilities
  • Experience with as-is/to-be process modeling and documentation
  • Experience creating and managing product roadmaps (3+ years)
  • Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies (3+ years)
  • Proficiency with BA tools like Figma and Visio (3+ years)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
