Business Agility Practitioner

You are:
The Business Agility Practitioner serves as the agile subject matter expert for several cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and alignment to established business processes. The Practitioner provides oversight, ensures alignment to strategic outcomes and value, facilitates communication across stakeholders, and ensures resources are allocated effectively.
The Work:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data scientists, engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Guide and support multiple agile teams working on interconnected AI initiatives
- Facilitate program-level events like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
- Track and analyze agile metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of implemented practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning from successes and failures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in scaled agile and AI Development
Here's what you need:
- 4 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working in the DoD
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Eligibility Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
