Location: Plum, PA
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Arbors Management is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team at a townhome complex in Plum, PA.  If you have skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, and groundskeeping—and enjoy tackling new challenges daily—we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspect property grounds and individual apartment units for maintenance needs
• Communicate with tenants regarding repairs
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including:
  • Electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, etc.)
  • Plumbing repairs (leaks, fixture replacements, drain clogs, etc.)
  • Painting and drywall repair
  • Minor HVAC troubleshooting and system adjustments (no certification required)
• Manage supply inventory and maintain an organized maintenance shop
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with the property manager for repair priorities
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in building maintenance
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand, bend, walk, stoop, crawl, and climb during an 8-hour shift
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use a computer and personal cell phone (reimbursement provided)
• Reliable & Responsible: Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or similar - 7 different schedules to choose from)
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies - will rotate with other maintenance staff
