Description

The primary purpose of your position is to update and remodel facility apartments. Tasks include, painting, and basic plumbing work, including fixture installations. As a member of our maintenance team you play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics appeal and functionality of our residential properties.

Wage: starting $19.00 per hour *Experience considered

This opportunity is Part-Time (24 hours per week) on 1st Shift. You have the ability to choose you shift! Shifts are 6 hours in length but you can choose your start time and end time! On call rotation every 5th week but otherwise no weekends or holidays!

How you will make an impact as a Maintenance Team Member:

• Provide highly diversified duties related to installing and maintaining facility equipment, building structures, and grounds.
• Fulfills service requests in a timely fashion.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Remodel rooms which includes: drywall work, painting, and carpentry work
• Performs routine maintenance such as: changing air filters, updating thermostats, verify fire extinguishers are up to code etc.

Requirements

Skills you will need to succeed as a Maintenance Team Member:

• Problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of carpentry and general construction.
• Basic plumbing experience

Previous Maintenance experience preferred.
