Your role:

• Manage catalog data teams across business units (BUs) to ensure alignment with business goals, optimize resource allocation, and meet performance metrics and SLAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for BU stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, addressing needs, and resolving escalations efficiently.
• Drive improvements in catalog management by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices; foster continuous learning within the team.
• Mentor BU leads, conduct performance reviews, and develop succession plans to promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Mathematics (preferred).
• 8+ years in product or catalog data management, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading a team or managing a small to mid-sized operational unit. 
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and stakeholder management. 
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is US $94,000 to US $140,000

The pay range for this position in Orange, OH is US $85,000 to US $130,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
