Job Summary:

The Salus Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP Corp., an Aon Company, is looking for a bSwift Administrator. This position creates value for Salus Group by managing the technology that allows us to capture HRIS data and administer benefits more efficiently than our competitors.

 

Essential Functions:

• Receives, organizes and processes HRIS data; building client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, costs, text and documents in proprietary software application.
• Tests client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality. Conducts regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs.
• Honors Salus Group’s reputation for excellent client service by partnering with Account Managers and Client Service Representatives to consistently exceed Client Service expectations.
• Receives and processes a volume of complex information from multiple sources; organizes information into proprietary software application.
• Actively maintains database (MS CRM) with client notes, preferences.
• Actively updates Cobra Guard for new clients and updates.
• Stays up to date on system enhancements and assists on implementation.
• Updates system with renewals and amendments.
• Will assist with OE calls and training.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two to three years of Benefits/insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High level of interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, based on client demand, during peak season.

 

Desired Qualifications

• bSwift software experience
• Considerable knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules
• Experience with various carrier enrollment websites and/or software

• Possesses strong interpersonal skills; able to work easily with diverse people and groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
