Bridge Structures Project Manager (ODOT Experience)- Hybrid Remote

Position Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bridge Structures Project Manager with extensive experience working with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of bridge structures projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and in-depth knowledge of ODOT standards and procedures. This position offers 2 days remote per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bridge structure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet ODOT standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain strong relationships with ODOT representatives and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to bridge structures and ODOT requirements.
