Brake & Front-End Ford Technician

Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Flag: $40+ flag (Based Off Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems, including discs, drums, rotors, calipers, hoses, and master cylinders.

• Perform front-end repairs and alignments, including suspension components such as ball joints, tie rods, control arms, struts, and shocks.

• Conduct road tests to ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and safety standards.

• Accurately document all work performed and recommended maintenance on repair orders.

• Follow Ford repair procedures and use factory-approved equipment and tools.

• Communicate with service advisors and management regarding repair progress and any additional needed work.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Ensure compliance with dealership safety policies and procedures.

• Stay up to date on Ford technical bulletins and training requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
• Exceptional commitment to safety

• An eye for presentation and detail
