Position Summary:

2024 Internship Program – 12 weeks

Starts May 28th, thru August 16th, 2024 (must be an active student enrolled in Graduate or Under Graduate Program)

The Strategic Sourcing Group is responsible for the long-term contracting strategy and long-term contract implementation with the BDSI supply base.

 

This project supports Initial Provisioning team with:

• This project support commodity strategy leads with long-term contracting projects, including pricing evaluations and negotiation support.
• Project management improvement actions and organizational efforts.

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Junior, Senior or Graduate level students
• Must be enrolled in a 4-year Degree program aligned with critical talent areas (i.e. Supply Chain Management, or Business)
• Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel (advanced, MS Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Detailed-oriented individual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Excel for data capture needs
• Interest in Supply Chain Management and Program Management
