Are you an experienced BIM professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for digital innovation in the construction industry? At KPFF, we're seeking a BIM Project Lead to join our expanding team. • Establish Detailed BIM Models: Execute initial project setup and maintain accurate 3D models of building structures, ensuring all components are correctly integrated and compliant with project specifications.
• Lead BIM Implementation: Oversee the implementation of BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to industry and office standards and project-specific requirements.  Assuring model integrity on cloud-hosted platforms.
• Manage BIM Team: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of BIM modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.  Review markups and execution of markups for compliance.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective integration of BIM models and processes. Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Maintain BIM Standards: Maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Continuously refine and improve BIM workflows to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct model reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of deliverables.
• Innovate and Optimize: Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within BIM processes. Implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Training and Support: Provide project teams with training and support on BIM tools and processes. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or BIM certifications with relevant industry experience.
• At least seven years of experience in BIM management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, including managing teams with remote colleagues and members.
• Extensive experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools. Proficiency with Dynamo and other scripting tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, demonstrating strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
