Billing & Collections Specialist

Right now, we are looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist, to join our team at Sportian!

You will get the chance to:

• Issuing invoices to national and international companies.
• Monitoring the issuance and status of each invoice.
• Interacting with finance colleagues for invoice management.
• Reviewing the financial aspects of contracts with clients.
• Reconciling billing with clients and departments within Sportian.
• Generating reports such as Revenue Loss, DSO, Debt Aging, etc.
• Reconciling revenue and billing.
• Providing support to department tasks.

What will help you succeed:

• University degree or higher in administration or finance.
• One to three years of experience in administrative tasks. Previous demonstrable experience in similar functions is highly valued.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Knowledge of other collaborative tools, particularly Google Suite.
• Proficient use of Excel (Pivot Tables, statistical formulas).
• Knowledge of budget management and control programs or other ERPs.
• Required: English proficiency (B2 or C1) (foreign team).
• Desirable background in economics: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
